To know the status of tickets opened with usn and review the status of each of the, there is an environment that you can access.
You must log in with and mail that has the domain of your organization/company.
If you have never accessed this environment, you must register and you will receive a confirmation email and to establish a password.
Once the user is created, by default the user has access to their tickets, however, it's possible to configure these two options:
1) That a specific user can only see the status of their tickets.
2) That the same user has access to all the organizations tickets.
For the last point, you must open a request at Submit a request-Dingus®Support
